Student Housing Solutions for Music City

Student Housing is located at 575 Creative Way (less than 7 miles to downtown Nashville). The apartment consists of four floors with five units on each floor, housing a maximum of 22 students on each floor. Student housing units come furnished with bedroom and living room furniture as well as appliances in the kitchen. You just need to bring your personal items. All your utilities, including WIFI, will be included in one low-cost monthly payment. Elevator and fire stairwell access is provided, along with vending, washer and dryer access. Key Fob security access and 24-hour camera surveillance is onsite. Parking is available free on-site. Each bedroom is approximately 8’x10′.
