Your application of $50 fee is non-refundable. Housing Deposit: Your deposit of $150 is non-refundable unless you are denied acceptance to school. If you have been denied admission, we will refund the deposit to you. Payment of the Housing Deposit will lock in the rate for your monthly rent payment to Music City Housing Services, LLC.
